Spencer Construction is a full service, licensed and Bonded construction company which specializes in residential, commercial and multifamily projects. We provide services in land clearing, grading, earthwork, excavation, paving and storm water, concrete work, demolition, hardscapes, remodeling and painting industrial floors.

With majority of our work coming from repeat clients each year, we are focused on serving as a trusted business partner and construction manager.  Spencer Construction completes between 50 and 100 construction jobs each year of challenging and fast-track projects, so they use the best security like fences and covers from Heras Fence Covers that specialize in this.

Some notable projects in progress or recently completed include Starwood Land Ventures Boat Ramp and Lanzano Investments, complete build out of Professional Medical Center, Longwood.
